Product Description

Sambucus or Elder is a hardy perennial.  A deciduous tree it has bright green leaves.  Sprays of small creamy white flowers produce dark purple berries in autumn.

Flowers may be used to produce wine or cordial.

Berries may be eaten raw or cooked.
